You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Viewers subscription at any time from your Billing page. This guide explains how to modify your plan and what to expect when you make changes.
Accessing Your Billing Settings
- Log in to your Viewers dashboard
- Click your account name or avatar in the top-right corner
- Select Billing from the dropdown menu
Here you’ll see your current plan, payment method, and usage for the billing cycle.
Available Plans
Viewers offers four subscription tiers:

How to Upgrade Your Plan
- Go to Billing in your dashboard
- Scroll down to the Change Your Plan section
- Review the available plans and their features
- Click the plan you want to upgrade to
- Confirm your selection
What happens when you upgrade:
- Your new plan features are available immediately
- You’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle
- Your new monthly rate begins on your next billing date
- Your lead credits reset to match your new plan’s allocation
How to Downgrade Your Plan
- Go to Billing in your dashboard
- Scroll down to the Change Your Plan section
- Click on the lower-tier plan you want to switch to
- Confirm your selection
What happens when you downgrade:
- Your current plan remains active until the end of your billing cycle
- The downgrade takes effect on your next billing date
- Unused enriched lead credits do not roll over
- If you exceed your new plan’s limits (websites, team members), you’ll need to remove the extras before the downgrade takes effect
Switching to the Free Plan
You can switch to the Free Forever plan at any time:
- Go to Billing
- Select Free Forever under Change Your Plan
- Confirm your selection
Before switching to Free, note that you’ll lose access to:
- Lead enrichment (phone numbers, business data, coworker information)
- Premium integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Slack, Webhook API)
- AI-powered live chat
- Custom modules
- Branding removal options
- Additional websites and team member seats
Your account will revert to capturing email addresses only, with a limit of 50 leads per month.
Monitoring Your Usage
On the Billing page, the Usage This Month section shows:
- Websites: How many of your allocated website slots are in use
- Team Members: How many team seats are occupied
- Remaining Credits: Enriched leads remaining until your reset date
Your credits reset automatically on your monthly billing date.
Updating Your Payment Method
- Go to Billing
- Find the Payment Method section under your Active Plan
- Click Update or Change Payment Method
- Enter your new card details
- Click Save
We accept all major credit cards. Your new card will be used for future billing cycles.
Canceling Your Subscription
If you want to stop your subscription but keep your account:
- Go to Billing
- Downgrade to the Free Forever plan
- Your data remains intact and you can continue using basic features
Closing Your Account
If you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data:
- Go to Billing
- Scroll to the bottom and find Close Account
- Click Delete Your Account
- Read the warning carefully and confirm
⚠️ Warning: This action cannot be undone. Closing your account permanently deletes all your websites, leads, settings, and historical data. You will not be able to reactivate your account or recover this information.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I lose my leads if I downgrade? No. Your existing captured leads remain in your account. However, on the Free plan you won’t have access to enriched data fields (phone numbers, business info, etc.) for new leads.
Can I upgrade mid-cycle? Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in your billing cycle.
What if I need more leads but don’t want to upgrade to the next tier? Contact our sales team about custom bulk pricing. We can create a plan tailored to your specific volume needs.
Do unused credits roll over? No. Your enriched lead credits reset to your plan’s full allocation on each billing date. Unused credits do not carry over.
Can I switch plans multiple times? Yes. You can change your plan as often as needed. Each change follows the same upgrade/downgrade rules.
